一、保函申请（Application for Guarantee）
保函申请人（Applicant）：向银行提出书面或电传申请，提供相关资
料（包括受益人、保函金额、期限、履约条件、反担保措施等）。银行（Bank）：对申请人的资格、资信、项目可行性等进行审查，
决定是否受理申请。二、保函起草（Drafting of Guarantee）
保函申请人与银行협상起草保函文本（Drafting Guarantee Text）。
保函须包含必要的条款，如保函金额、有效期、履约条件、反担保条
款、仲裁条款等。三、保函签发（Issuance of Guarantee）
保函申请人与银行确认保函文本无误后，银行向受益人出具保函正本
（Original Guarantee）。银行取得保函申请人提供的反担保（Counter Guarantee）或其他保
证措施。四、保函受益（Beneficiary）
受益人根据保函条款向保函申请人提出索赔（Claim），提供必要的
证明文件。保函申请人承认索赔，并向银行申请付款（Request for Payment）。
五、银行付款（Bank Payment）
银行核实保函申请人的付款申请，确认索赔有效，履约条件达成，
按保函约定向受益人付款。银行通过银行转账或其他方式向受益人支付保函金额。
六、保函备用金（Standby Credit）
保函申请人取得备用金保函（Standby Credit），作为履约保证，以
免除保函申请人的反担保或其他保证措施。备用金保函是无条件付款保证，银行根据保函申请人的付款指示，
向受益人支付备用金金额。七、保函追索（Recourse of Guarantee）
银行对保函申请人享有追索权（Right of Recourse）。
保函申请人履行担保义务后，银行可向保函申请人追偿支付的保函金
额及其他相关费用。八、备用保函（Performance Guarantee）
又称履约保函，是一种有条件付款保证，用于确保合同履行。
备用保函的付款条件与合同中规定的履约条件相挂钩，当承包商未履
约或违约时，受益人才可向银行索赔。九、反担保（Counter Guarantee）
保函申请人向银行提供的反向担保，作为履约保证。
反担保可以是银行担保、第三方担保、抵押或质押等多种形式。
十、仲裁条款（Arbitration Clause）
保函中约定的，争议解决的仲裁机构和准据法律。
仲裁条款旨在确保保函纠纷的快速和公正解决。
