Therefore, upon the request of ABC International Trading Co., Ltd., we are willing to provide the following guarantees to XYZ Import and Export Corp.:
1. This guarantee ensures that ABC International Trading Co., Ltd., shall supply goods in accordance with the sales contract and fulfill all its obligations.
2. In case of non-performance by the seller, our bank will pay 30% of the contract amount to the buyer as liquidated damages.
