尊敬的签约方：
鉴于双方签订的《建筑工程合同》（以下简称“合同”），甲方（保证人）为了保证履行其在合同中规定的义务，特此向乙方（受益人）提交工程履约保函，具体条款如下：

4. 我公司将在接到受益人的索赔申请后15个工作日内进行核实并支付符合条件的索赔金额。如索赔被证明不符合甲方（保证人）责任范围，则我公司有权拒绝支付。

In consideration of the Contract for Construction Works (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") signed between both parties, Party A (the Guarantor) hereby submits this Contract Performance Bond to Party B (the Beneficiary). The specific terms are as follows:
